The client's purchased an existing plot of land which contained a run down timber shack.
The new single storey house is oriented on the site to maximise the views, daylight & the setting sun. The front sloping roof contains the open plan kitchen, dining & living areas with the two bedrooms and bathroom accommodation to the rear.
