The existing property had a double height dining room open to a first floor lounge. This was cold and draughty due to the design and lack of gable insulation.
The spaces were redesigned to infill the first floor void and open up the ground floor to one large kitchen/ dining area. The first floor provided space for a lounge area and an additional en-suite bedroom. The external gable elevation was rationalised to provide a better aesthetic design and insulation level.
