The existing dwelling had a simple rear kitchen extension with little connection between the kitchen/ dining and the rear south facing garden.
The wrap around single storey extension provides a bright new kitchen and dining area with direct access to a rear external patio area. The sitting room has also been extended along with a new downstairs shower room & toilet.
